The Breast Diagnostic Center provides comprehensive diagnostic services at our Fort Collins-Harmony Campus location.
Diagnostic procedures are done to evaluate a possible breast abnormality and provide more information to your doctors about a breast concern. There are many benign (non-cancerous) breast conditions and not all breast concerns are related to cancer. We will work with you and your referring doctor throughout your diagnostic procedures.
We understand this will be a highly anxious time and we strive to make your appointments as convenient and comfortable as possible. During this time, try to keep a list of questions you would like answered. Please share with us how we can best communicate with you and provide your care.
Diagnostic procedures done at our Fort Collins facility include: diagnostic digital mammography, breast ultrasound, breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), breast lesion localization, ultrasound-guided breast biopsy and ultrasound-guided breast aspiration.
The Breast Diagnostic Center is one of the leading centers in Colorado and accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Our comprehensive diagnostic program is one of only six in Colorado to receive the ACR's Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation.
