Spread peanut butter on celery and place raisins on top.

You can also provide in the sack lunch:

  • Granola. Put in a sandwich bag for easy access.
  • Cherry tomatoes with low-fat dressing. Put the tomatoes a sandwich bag for easy access and the dressing in a small container that your child can dip the tomatoes into.
  • Low-fat milk. Ants on a log provides kids with protein from peanut butter and nutrients from a vegetableand fruit all in one.
