Healthy sack lunch: Pumpkin, cheese and lettuce sandwich with grapes and yogurt
- 1 pumpkin, cheese and lettuce sandwich
- 1 cup red or green grapes
- 6 oz. low fat or fat free yogurt
Pumpkin, cheese and lettuce sandwich
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- Margarine, for spreading
- 1 slice reduced fat cheese
Lightly spread bread with margarine. Top one slice with cheese, squash or pumpkin, and lettuce leaves. Place second piece of bread on top. Cut in half, wrap and pack.
Makes 1 sandwich
