Spread fat-free Miracle Whip inside a half piece of open pita bread.
Sprinkle a little paprika or other herb that you child might like on slice of additive-free chicken or turkey.
Put some dark green lettuce leaves or spinach leaves, and slide the this along with the meat into the pita bread.
Add an apple or pear to the sack lunch. Try to get organic fruit. The cost is a bit more, but it helps keep alway insecticides. If you don't use organic, give the fruit a good washing with warm water and soap.
For a beverage, put in a lunch-box sized vanilla enriched rice milk.
