Colorado Health Medical Group’s Family Health Care of the Rockies welcomes Dr. Anneke Arellano. Dr. Arellano is a family medicine physician who cares for patients of all ages. Her special interests include preventive health, chronic disease management and women’s health.

“I enjoy family medicine because it allows me to care for the whole person,” said Dr. Arellano. “I help coordinate patients’ care by helping them navigate and break down information specific to their needs.”

Dr. Arellano joins the team of Dr. David Ferguson and Dr. Brienne Loy at Family Health Care of the Rockies, 2121 E. Harmony Road, Suite 230, in Fort Collins. She will begin seeing patients May 30.

She is board-certified in family practice and has been practicing family medicine for more than 10 years.  Dr. Arellano has worked as an urgent care doctor in Greeley, Longmont and Arizona. She also spent a year in New Zealand as a family practice physician at Darfield Medical Center.
