For two nights, a section of the Medical Center of the Rockies will be transformed into an amazing design and culinary experience for the community to relish.
Medical Center of the Rockies Foundation will host the first annual Table Hop & Taste on Oct. 14 and 15 at the Medical Center of the Rockies North Medical Office Building in Loveland. The events will provide guests with a healthy culinary experience as they enjoy unique room and table designs that highlight the community's authentic style.
On Oct. 14, from 6-9 p.m., a community party will be presented by Poudre Valley Medical Group. The party is open to the entire community, and tickets are $15 per person and include appetizers and drinks. Guests are welcome to table hop through more than 20 custom dining rooms, taste amazing food from local chefs and take a private tour of the hospital's newest additions. Friday night tickets can be purchased at the Loveland Outlet Mall or at the door.
On Oct. 15, from 6 p.m.-midnight, the main event will be presented by McWhinney. Guests and sponsors will be able to enjoy the dining rooms designed by local companies, such as, JAX, Flexx Productions, Get it Together home staging, Hixon Interiors, Finishing Touches, and more. They'll also savor nine courses of unforgettable, healthy cuisine prepared by local chefs and will have the opportunity to purchase a donation-based helicopter ride to view our amazing community from above.
On both nights, guests will go home with recipes and nutrition facts from each chef's creation.
All proceeds from the Table Hop & Taste events will benefit the Medical Center of the Rockies Foundation. The foundation was created to support the cutting-edge research opportunities and educational advancements that have been established since the opening of Medical Center of the Rockies in 2007. These include cardiovascular clinical research through drug and device trials, trauma and emergency education for all levels of care from ambulance to surgery and community-based research projects focused on prevention, health education, health promotion, wellness and disease management.
