A physician-led integrated organization

In 2009, Poudre Valley Health System established a limited liability corporation, Poudre Valley Medical Group, for physicians seeking to participate in a fully integrated physician / health system partnership.

This effort was part of a strategic initiative to align physician practice goals with System goals in order to achieve more efficient, integrated health care delivery with improved quality and outcomes for the residents of the communities we serve.

Today, Poudre Valley Medical Group has been renamed Colorado Health Medical Group and is comprised of over 150 physicians representing 24 specialties in 28 medical clinics.
