Diabetes Management Classes

Poudre Valley Health System's Center for Diabetes offers two-day diabetes management classes throughout the year.

The classes include six hours of classroom instruction, one hour of follow-up with a nurse clinician and one hour follow-up with a clinical dietician.

The classes are offered at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland and Greeley Medical Clinic.

Insurance is accepted, and scholarships are available. In addition, one family member/support person may attend at no extra charge. The Poudre Valley Health System Aspen Club, a free service for persons 50 years or old, sponsors many health classes and screenings, as well as social events.
