Poudre Valley Health System CEO Rulon Stacey to become chairman of ACHE
Poudre Valley Health System CEO Rulon Stacey will be sworn in Saturday as the chairman of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Stacey will address the ACHE Congress Monday morning at 7 a.m. MST. PVHS will cover Stacey's speech on Twitter using the #ACHE2011 hashtag, as well as on his blog at http://visionary.pvhs.org and the PVHS website at www.pvhs.org/ACHE2011. Stacey is asking the public to visit his blog and submit ideas to improve health care.
Stacey, 50, replaces outgoing chairman Chris Van Gorder, CEO of Scripps Health in San Diego and one of Modern Healthcare's 100 most powerful people in healthcare. Stacey will assume the one-year role at the annual Council of Regents Meeting during the 54th Congress on Healthcare Leadership in Chicago.
The ACHE is an international professional society of more than 35,000 healthcare executives who lead hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare organizations. Based in Chicago, ACHE works toward its goal of being the premier professional society for healthcare executives dedicated to improving healthcare delivery.
