Grace Taylor joined PVHS in July 2007 and was appointed director of business development and outreach services in October 2009. In that role, she was involved in the development and implementation of new business initiatives and strategies.

The chief strategy officer job is a new position within PVHS. It encompasses services-strategy, marketing, outreach, and business development-previously performed by the vice president of marketing and strategic planning.

Taylor holds a master's degree in business with a focus in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado, Denver, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Colorado Association of Healthcare Executives, among other professional organizations.
