Barb Ochsner, MS, RN, BC

RN/Clinical Director, MCR Resource Services

Barb began working at Poudre Valley Hospital in 1996 as a staff nurse. She began her management role as a Coordinator for Quality and Case Management at Mountain Crest, the health system's behavioral health facility then moved to her current role as the Director of Resource Services when Medical Center of the Rockies opened in 2007. In this role, she manages the monitoring of MCR's patient satisfaction, nursing-sensitive indicators, and serves as the facility's Magnet Program Director. Barb has a Bachelor of Nursing from South Dakota State University, Brookings, South Dakota and a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration/Leadership from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
