Healthy sack lunch: Peanut butter (or almond butter) and apple sandwich with peas and yogurt
- 1 peanut butter (or almond butter) and apple sandwich
- Sugar snap peas with low-fat ranch
- 6-ounce carton low-fat or fat-free yogurt
Peanut butter (or almond butter) and apple sandwich
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 tbs. peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 small apple, cored and shredded
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter or almond butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Place shredded apple onto the peanut butter, and place the other peanut buttered side of bread on top.
