A partnership of Colorado and Wyoming doctors who care about their patients

In 2009, bringing together doctors from private Loveland medical groups and doctors from private Fort Collins medical groups, Poudre Valley Health System, now University of Colorado Health, established Colorado Health Medical Group (formerly Poudre Valley Medical Group).

This new group created an integrated physician/health system partnership.

The goal was to create a shared philosophy where doctors at clinics worked within the system to provide world-class health care. The partnership also works to share resources, develop standards for clinical quality and increase access to care for patients.

With a focus on improving the patient experience and achieving the best clinical outcomes, Colorado Health Medical Group is the fastest growing, most comprehensive multi-specialty medical group in northern Colorado  including doctors from Greeley, Estes Park, Windsor, Sterling and Cheyenne, WY. Together, we are over nearly 200 physicians representing multiple specialties in numerous medical clinics throughout the region.
