Air Link at Medical Center of the Rockies strives to make the flight transfer of patients as easy as possible. We are committed to timely transports, accurate ETAs and the use of the closest helicopter.

Step one

When hospital or scene personnel call us to arrange helicopter transport (855.405.5454), they are immediately connected to a flight coordinator who connects them to the appropriate physician.

Step two

Following a quick medical briefing,  flight transportation is arranged. 

Step three

To expedite care and ensure quality, our flight team requests that the Air Link at Medical Center of the Rockies' patient summary  is completed and sent with the patient on-flight.

Step four

Patient progress is reported to the referring physician within 24-hours.
