Choosing a Fort Collins hospital Poudre Valley Hospital is the lone hospital in Fort Collins, and numerous Poudre Valley Health System doctors, services and clinics are located in Fort Collins. Poudre Valley Hospital has the only Level IIIa neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) between Denver and Billings, Montana. The PVH Cancer Network was the only cancer program in Colorado to achieve the 2009 American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer Outstanding Achievement Award. Bariatric Center of the Rockies is the only weight-loss surgery program in the region to earn six Centers of Excellence designations.
