Russell J. Woolley, MBA, MHSA, FACHE

Russell J. Woolley serves as the vice president of operations for Medical Center of the Rockies at University of Colorado Health.
Prior to joining University of Colorado Health, Mr. Woolley held leadership posts at Mayo Clinic, Envision Home Health and Hospice, HCA Healthcare and Intermountain Healthcare.
Board-certified in healthcare management, Woolley is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Woolley graduated from University of Michigan with a master degree in business administration and a master degree in health management and policy. Associate and bachelor degrees were earned at Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University, respectively.
Mr. Woolley is active in community affairs where he serves on the board of directors for Harmony Surgery Center, The Imaging Center and task forces for the Fort Collins and Loveland chambers of commerce. In 2013, Mr. Woolley was recognized as one of northern Colorado’s “40 under forty” by the Northern Colorado Business Report as an individual who has had an impact on his organization as well as made significant contributions of time and talent to the community.
Russ and his wife, Carrie, an accomplished violinist and music educator, are proud parents of three children.
