A few nearby hotels offer rooms at reduced rates to Bariatric Center of the Rockies' patients and their families.

All hotel reservations should be made through Poudre Valley Hospital Guest Services (they will make the reservations with the hotel). Upon arrival to the hotel, patients and families should go to the front desk. Payments can be made directly to the hotel upon checkout. Rates may vary depending on the type of accommodations requested.

Making Hotel Arrangements

To make hotel arrangements, call the Concierge Service:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., call 970.495.8582. 

When the Concierge Service is closed, please call 970.495.7000 or 800.252.5784 and ask the hospital operator to page the house supervisor on duty.

We don't provide transportation to and from the hotels but some hotels have their own shuttle service. If you or family members prefer to stay at a hotel that offers shuttle service, please let Guest Services know.
