Patient Education Seminars for Bariatric Surgery

We offer weekly education seminars for prequalified patients. To prequalify, contact our bariatric patient navigator so she can review:

your BMI to see if you are eligible for surgery          your insurance coverage (if applicable)  your general contact information

Prequalification and registration is required to attend a weekly education seminar.
