The Wound Healing Clinic at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado

The Wound Healing Clinic at Poudre Valley Hospital offers outpatient care for the treatment of wounds that will not heal. Patients and referring health care professionals have access to up-to-date information about the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chronic, complex wounds.

We are located at Poudre Valley Hospital on the lower level of the building. The clinic is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
