Poudre Valley Health System's Harmony Campus is a 96-acre site with four buildings that combine physician offices, outpatient services, cancer care and our corporate offices. Located at the southeast corner of Harmony and Timberline Roads, Harmony Campus is accessible from either Harmony or Timberline roads.There are four Harmony Campus buildings; The Medical Office Building (building A), Ambulatory Care Center (building B), Redstone building (building C) and the Snow Mesa building.
Medical Office Building (building A) 2121 E. Harmony, Fort Collins
Cancer Services: Our oncology diagnostic and treatment services feature three physician practices. Our Oncology Clinical Research and Patient Navigator Programs are located on the third floor. Located on the first floor on the north east side of the Medical Office Building with a separate entrance are:
Care Boutique: Opening November 15, Poudre Valley Health System offers the areas first oncology store and gift shop. Staffed by cancer survivor volunteers, Care Boutique features skin care products, mastectomy bras, scarves, wigs, soft SPF clothing for sensitive skin and many other items specially developed for men and women with cancer.
Heart Center of the Rockies: Located on the first floor of the Medical Office Building, Heart Center of the Rockies is the region's largest, most comprehensive cardiology clinic in northern Colorado. 970.221.1000.
Cardiac Rehabilitation: Cardiac Rehab offers supervised exercise programs in its gym, and education and support for people recovering from heart disease. Cardiac Rehab is on the second floor of the Medical Office Building. 970.297.6550.
Harmony Cafe: Open to the public, Harmony Cafe offers a wonderful selection of delicious meals and snack items. The cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ambulatory Care Center (building B) 2127 E. Harmony, Fort Collins
Harmony Urgent Care Center: Urgent Care offers services for minor injuries and illnesses, such as flu, strep throat, sprains, strains, and fractures. The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (call for holiday hours). Ambulances take seriously ill or injured patients to our hospital emergency departments. Harmony Urgent Care complements our hospitals' ERs by offering an alternative for the treatment of minor injuries and illnesses. It's located on the first floor of the Ambulatory Care Center. 970.297.6250.
Breast Diagnostic Center: The Breast Diagnostic Center provides full-service digital mammography and other specialized tests for breast cancer, plus patient education. It is located on the first floor of the Ambulatory Care Center.970.207.4700.
Harmony Imaging Center: Harmony Imaging offers a comprehensive range of outpatient radiology services, including MRI and CT scans, diagnostic X-rays, ultrasound, and more. The Imaging Center's newest CT scanner is one of the fastest and most accurate such machines in the world. The Imaging Center is located on the first floor of the Ambulatory Care Center. 970.282.2900.
Harmony Surgery Center: The Harmony Surgery Center provides patients a full range of outpatient procedures and includes a Pain Management Center, a Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center, and a facility for pulmonary testing and treatment procedures. Surgery and related services are located on the second floor of the Ambulatory Care Center. 970.297.6300.
Redstone Building (building C) 2315 E. Harmony, Fort Collins
Harmony Lab: Our clinical lab at Harmony is a satellite of Poudre Valley Hospital's main lab and offers blood draws and other services to test for illness and monitor treatment progress. Harmony lab is located on the first floor of the Redstone building. Poudre Valley Health Services medical laboratory is a member of the Frontline Laboratory Network. 970.237.7500.

Administrative Offices: The Redstone building is home to the corporate offices of Poudre Valley Health System.

OHS South: Occupational Health Services (OHS) provides local companies and their employees with a comprehensive program designed to prevent, treat and manage care for work-related injuries. OHS has locations in Fort Collins and Loveland. 970.495.8450.

Some outpatient services are joint ventures between Poudre Valley Health System and physician groups, while others are services of Poudre Valley Hospital. The hospital's outpatient services are: Cardiac Rehab, Urgent Care Center, Breast Diagnostic Center, Harmony Lab, and OHS South.
