Twenty Three Trees Medical and Wellness Spa was designed with your well-being in mind. Our goal is to provide you with a welcoming environment that is professional, safe and serene. If you have questions or comments, please call 970.495.8400.

Hours

Monday and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Tuesday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Parking
Our spa is located on the first floor of Westbridge Medical Suites, directly across the bridge from Poudre Valley Hospital on Lemay Avenue. Parking is to the west of the Westbridge Medical Suites building.


Etiquette
To ensure that all of our guests enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of the spa, we respectfully request that you turn off all cell phones and electronic devices and please be mindful of maintaining silence while in the halls.

Consultations
Consultations are offered to assist you in identifying the services that best fit your needs. Consultations for certain treatments are required and are always ecommended for clinically inspired facials and medical esthetic procedures. All medical esthetic consultations will be performed by our medical provider.

Reservations
Advanced scheduling with our reservationist is recommended to secure your preferred appointment date and time. We will contact you two days prior to your appointment to confirm. A credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Punctuality
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so that you have time to change, relax, fill out necessary paperwork and receive the full benefit of your spa experience. Arrival 10 minutes or more after your appointment start time may require either rescheduling or shortening your service time.

Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation of less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee of the treatment price. Full charges will apply for a missed appointment. A $15 rescheduling fee may apply for missed consultation appointments.

Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A $20 fee will be assessed on any returned checks.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please return the unused portion
with a receipt within 14 days of purchase and a store credit will be issued. No refunds
will be given. All sale items and service packages are non-refundable. Thank you.

Valuables
We do not accept responsibility for any losses due to theft or damage of money or valuables of any kind brought onto our premises. We recommend that no jewelry be worn during your spa visit.

Minimum age
Guests under the age of 18 must be escorted to the spa by a parent or legal guardian in order to authorize services.

Special considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure or a heart condition, are pregnant or have any other medical condition are advised to consult their doctor prior to booking any spa service. Please advise your service provider of any medical conditions or recent immunizations.
