1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of one lemon.
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp ground cumin
Sprinkle of cayenne or black pepper to spice it up
In a blender or food processor combine garbanzo beans, garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Blend on low speed, until desired consistency is achieved.
