Superfoods taste great and are good for you.

Superfoods pack a punch. A punch of nutrients and fiber that give your body the vitamins, minerals and proteins it needs to keep you moving and keep you healthy. With an increasing number of children and adults becoming overweight and obese in the USA, it's important to learn about foods that taste good but are also good for you.

When you need a little snack or a great side dish to serve at dinner, look to these three superfoods to fill you up, satisfy your cravings and give your body what it needs.

In this episode of Healthy U Tips, Virginia Clark, a registered dietitian with CanDo at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins shares three superfoods that not only taste great but are good for you.
