At Heart Center of the Rockies, we're committed to delivering comprehensive cardiac care from testing to surgery, but perhaps the most important is providing after care that helps to stabilize heart problems or prevent them from returning.

The Heart Center provides intensive assistance with continual monitoring for critically ill patients.
Cardiac rehabilitation and classes
Heart Center of the Rockies offers a team of physicians, cardiac nurses, physical therapists, occupational and exercise therapists, dietitians and social workers dedicated to helping you and your family learn about heart disease, recover from heart procedures, and help you regain your health. To do this, the team uses an education and exercise program tailored to your individual needs.
We offer a number of classes -- Conditioning, Muscles for the Masses, Fit Ball, and more -- which are open to the community, as well as our cardiac patients. The Heart Center of the Rockies' rehabilitation program gives you personalized information on:
- Your recovery from a heart attack, surgery or other treatment
- Heart anatomy/physiology, heart-disease risk factors and use of medicines
- How to integrate regular exercise into your life
- Healthy ways to modify your meals and snacks
- Stress management, smoking cessation and coping skills for recovery
Our team of cardiologists, cardiac rehab nurses, and other specialists work with you through every step of your recovery to help you return to work and the activities you enjoyed before heart disease. Call us for more details about the classes available at 970.297.6550.
